Welcome!

You have taken the first step. I suggest read everything you can find, plan, then do what you will.

Great to have you on board!

I wish I knew where to tell you in Brazil. I am sure there are some. But it has been 20+ years since I was in Rio de Janeiro. I found electronic parts with help from some locals, but never needed mechanical pieces.

I got mine machined in a local machine shop.
There must be one not too far away from you.
Probably cheaper to have them made locally than paying import tax and shipping.

Is possible make those V tracks by myself? Where I can find the dimensions? Best Regards!

They are in the plans, can't exactly tell you where, but they are in there.

It's definately possible to make the v roller wheels with a lathe. The v wheels are press fit to a common bearing, I don't remember size. Same with the offset bearing mounts. It's all in the drawings. I printed mine out in full then broke the drawings up into sub-assembly sets 10-20... 10-30... 10-40... Then put each set in a Manila folder. All sets are on my work bench but I just pick the sub-set I need for the task I'm working on. Get friendly with your drawings. :)

Welcome to the club ;)
