Availibility of Fabricated Z slide (ball screw and stepper for use on Mechmate)

Guys, And Gals
Has anyone found/used a prefabricated Z for the Mechmate planning to use a spindle and not a router.

I am just getting started and don't plan to use a spider plate ect. at this point

Thank You
archie

Archie, several have used other mounts in the Y-Car to mount the Z-slide. It will take some reading. Here is one example.
