We all have our own quirks. ... Trains are fun, but this is 'overboard' even for me.

Leko,
That is something I would do! I wish I had a video of the most recent Pirate Ship I had in my little boy's room. Great - but not on that scale!

Travel well.

For all of you that have babies in your family i thought this was pretty nice. Would be a lot better than the plastic crap that is out there.

Looks like an opportunity for a quick CNC file to turn these out in mass.

Still, I do like those better than many of the commercial models.

Was pretty cool.
Looked like there were a few bugs with the spray timing, but still neat.

Russell,

Thanks for the video. I am going to modify a house I own and there has to be some trust built, the straight forward kind and I now am going to talk to the Architect and framer and see about cutting it out myself instead of having a trust company build the trust.

If I do this I will post pictures.

If I had the Vector File I would have already had one sitting under me. Now time to go get a few screen shots and start measuring. LOL

Long time no post here, so lets correct that

I found this nice video with a great idea on how to machine two sided pieces without fixtures, it does waste a bit more material, but I think the idea is great:
