What is meant by everything exactly and how much does this package weigh? I am wanting to build one and looking for a good kit to get started with.

It means whatever normally comes with the kit,... it's there. The parts in the box with no packing material weighs 60lbs. where are you from? PM me your address and I'll calculate shipping.
