Is that 1/4 or 6mm steel? How fast is that router turning?

according to the video comment, "3mm old steel with 4mm carbide bit"
seems to produce a slurry (for lack of a better word) rather than chips i'm curious also about the feed rate and type of bit (straight, spiral etc) |
