When I enter mach3 the reset botton is flashing, presing it lits 3 leds: j15, Output Enabled and J17...the code starts to run, but the motors dont turn...nothing happens!
Forget to say:
1. A is slaved to X already...
2. Motors are energized, check them and they hold also checked with current and its present

It looks to me like those Mach3 settings are a little off. You have port 1 pin 17 shown as enabled for both the charge pump output and the estop input. I would expect neither of those to be on port 1. Do you have two parallel ports, or only one?

Judging from the PMDX-122 manual, you want the charge pump on port 0 pin 17 and the estop input on port 0 pin 10.

If that doesn't do it, please give us a closeup of the PMDX-122 with light (or tell us all the jumper settings), and let us know what you have wired into it for limit and estop switches.

Brad is right that you cant have pin 17 for both charge pump and e-stop, however PORT 1 must be used for all your outputs and inputs (port 0 has no port selected) E-stop is usually Port 1 - Pin 10, and charge pump Port1 - Pin 17

I see on your motor outputs all your motors are set to Port 0 for step and direction - these must be set to 1 (if you are using two parallel ports with a second BOB is the only time you would use these settings as possibly port 2)

Im using just one parrallel port...
so using 1 in output stop port & dir port is the correct option?
estop port 1 pin 10?
charge pump port 1 pin 17?
Thanks...

I want to say thanks to everybody in this wonderfull community for sharing time and advice. My special gratitute to Gerald for starting this and all other guys that keep suporting and helping us. The most important thing I learned here actually was not how to build a wonderfull machine, in fact what i learned is that sharing can acomplish great things and this community is a example of it. Thanks again everybody for being so wonderfull guys and Merry Christmas to all!

Today I added a xyz probe, based on "xyz probe modification" thread on cnczone.com, got to say it works like a charm, everything is there, blue screen set with code in it ready to run. In less than a hour you get the insides and put it to work easily.
Here is the thread if somebody wants it...
