Thank you.
Sorry to come off so unorganized, but was recently layed off from work
And December rent is coming up quick. So many "future projects" are being sold off! Sold my South Bend Heavy 10 lathe today.( Wednesday will be a sad day seeing her go)
At one time I had big plans for a CNC mini lathe project.
And I would paruse this site as a guest and quietly learn what I could.
Thanks again for your hospitality.

I hate to be the one to say that this type of indexer is not commonly used with CNC equipment. (In the CNC world, most people think of an indexer as a modified lathe where the piece can be "indexed" or turned under computer control.) The Parker indexer is used in industrial control or process control operations where the indexer is preset to send a pulse stream that enables a motor to move an axis a specific distance repeatedly. I've used similar indexers on those types of projects.

On a CNC machine, an indexer is not needed. The Mach 3 software generates the pulse stream that is filtered through a break-out-board and then sent to the Gecko stepper drivers which control the stepper motors.

Sorry, Johnny. The Parker unit is a top-notch product, but unless someone on this forum has a specialized need for your indexer, it's just not a good match.

Thanks Mike for the info on the indexer.
It was an uneducated impulse buy that I convinced myself I could make it work! Haha.
I have it on craigslist.
Can you think of an appropriate place to offer it for sale?
I can't begin to tell you how stressed I am right now over $!!
Anyway more sob stories. Thanks to everyone I've communicated with here.
Anyone with any ideas especially locally (Austin, Houston) please fill me in.
I mainly collect and sell vacuum tubes, vintage test equipment and related stuff. Thanks again, Johnny K.

Sorry, Johnny, but I have no idea where you could sell that indexer.

The designers that I've worked with in the past never bought used equipment, not because there was no value in used equipment, but because the process that they were controlling with those indexers and stepper motors had to be 100% reliable. They often replaced equipment long before the equipment failed simply because the cost of down-time was much greater than the cost of the indexers and other related parts.

As you know, most people who want one to play with would only pay pennies on the dollar. Sorry to give you the bad news.
