Howdy from Manitoba, Canada
I was directed to mechmate by a fellow MB'er and I see there is lots to read up on. Looking forward to all the learning and pictures.
I am fairly new to cnc in mind and even less experience in body but hoping to change that in the near future. Looking at a 4ft x 4ft or 4ftx8ft cut area with a vac table to cut polystyrene sheet. If anyone cuts HIPS (high impact poly styrene) sheet I would love to visit about those aspects. Kent aka MPMW |

Welcome MPMW!
lot's of information here, and don't hesitate to ask! If in the future you are planning to cut 8x4, then I would suggest to make that right away, given you have the space. Ries |
