Off the shelf belt drive?

Does anyone make a belt drive already to bolt on? Or are all of these custom one-offs?

I would really like to get the reduction.

Mike, Marc and I will start offering ready to use belt drives in about 30 - 45 days, if everything goes right. We will add it to "The Market Place" thread when ready. Thanks
