Angle Iron rails

How long should i expect the angle iron rails and bearings to run out true if i am putting about 20 hours a week on them cutting wood?

I used my machine for 2 years far more than that.....sometimes 60 hours straight before changing out the 3d part. Zero noted so far.

Note: I take the time to continually clean the machine and lubricate the rack and rails with SLICK TOP table saw table lubricant to keep it all nice and dust free and moving.

I will keep that in mind with my machine. Currently i have decided to go with with hardened rails from Rick at superior, but i am sure cleanlyness is key in this machines longevity. thanks again for the input Sean.

The question was what kind of wear should be expected using the machine 20 hrs per week. The response was zero....or close to that.

I have not noticed any wear that has affected cut quality after many years with the standard ground rail system.
