My dream is to come up with fake rhino horn that fools most of the Asians most of the time. That should generate some income while saving some rhino.

If you scratch long enough in those dustbins you might just cook up something.

Fabrice, models look great, one suggestion, using edges of other shape than rounded or plain 90degrees adds a lot of machining time, they look great on the screen but take a long time to machine.
Just a comment, Im not saying its impossible to cut what you designed. |

I'm struggling with the same issue. Trying to design around the issue, but still in the design stage as of today. When I finish designing the base for a burl table I'm currently working on, I'll let you know. The creative process is a slow one for myself, but I never said I was fast. |

Nice!
Suggestion, make the seat area more anatomic, instead of a flat surface you can use 2 or three parts to make it more comfortable. |

I have cut some of your designs, and because I have to use a 6mm or sometimes a 9mm bit to give me length to cut through 19mm ply, that corner comes out smaller by itself.

Excelent designs! you should submit them to YankoDesign.com !
Are you using models designed by you or using free models available online? I tried to slice rhino or other surface models in Solidworks and never got the the procedure worked out completely. |

all the models are off course designed by me from scratch, only the rhino and the head was made from 3d reference if you have a problem in a slice, send me the file, i will have a look |
