Folding Picnic/Lounge/Beach Chair

Parts for five chairs from one sheet of 48x96x3/4 inch hardwood plywood with a 1/4 inch end mill.

Pockets on the four side parts should be milled 3/8" deep.

All edges on milled parts must be manually rounded on the router table with a 1/4" roundover bit before assembly, so there will be no need to use "dogbones" on the pockets.

You can, of course, modify these directions to suit your own assembly preferences.

Enjoy!
Philip

ALSO - the holes for the bolts are sized at 1/4" diameter and are meant as placeholders only. Drill them out to your desired size before assembly.
