Planning new build in The Netherlands

Hello,

My Name is Eddie, I'm 38 years old and come from the Netherlands.
I have downloaded the building plans last week.
last week i,ve been busy reading the forum until late in the night.
My plan is to build a Mech Mate I can use for both routing and plasma cutting.
with a removable water tank for the plasma part.
20 years ago on school we had an cnc lathe i always liked the possebilities of cnc machines.
now is the time to build one for myself

Eddie

Welkom Eddie je zult de komende tijd veel aan het lezen zijn.

I had to check on the map on which part from holland Ven zelderheide is.
When your last experince with cnc is 20 years ago, some things, especially in programming, have been changed. There are recently some nice plasma machines build.

Welcome Eddie, Now a days, you don't need to know G-code to get a CNC machine working
I'm sure you will have fun building your 1st MechMate, I know because I like it so much that I am building my second.

got the table size figured out that i,am going to build
1250x3000 mm its wil fit just fine in my shop leaving enough space to walk around it.
next step is making a list of the needed metal, so i can order it at my work
i can,t wait to start building my MechMate
