Other CNC routers?
I've been happily using my MM for the past few years. It works exactly as I hoped. I've recently been cutting plastic for a local company, and we are getting past the intro stages. The big boss wants a meeting to see how much more I can handle. The cycle times are such that I could easily run two machines, maybe 3.
In a perfect world, I'd build another, basically identical, MM. (I just might, and hire out most of the metal fab....) But, if I'm needing another machine basically NOW, does anybody have any suggestions? I need a 4x8 or larger work area, and would really prefer no proprietary parts. I don't need much Z travel. In my dream world, it would have the same brains as my MM- basically a PMDX 126 and ESS. Thanks! |
