Ken make sure you get casters with a brake on them. I can tell a difference if I run the mechmate without the brake set, it shakes alot more. I got mine from ebay. They were about $100 for all four...

Hot Rod Shop Sign

Here is a sign I did for my friends hotrod shop. It is 4 feet in diameter and 1.5 inches thick. Its a carving of his logo, a buzzard.

My mechmate is on 8'x2' caster with brakes. I dont have any sort of leveling feet. Its always on the wheels. I move it around alot and set the brakes and forget about. Never causes me any problems...

I just run a heatgun over it till its soft and gummy so it sticks really good. I maybe heat it for 2 to 3 minutes(with the heatgun on high setting) and its good. Just as long as its soft and warm it...

I did not take any pics of the dovetails or the fixture I made. The dovetail fixture was a last minute thing and temporary so I threw it out when i was done as it was not made to last more than one...
