Do you have the 'Enable' connected on the drivers? if not i would add them in. it will take another pin from the bob but still gives extra saftey here.

I would go back and check all wiring connections...

I would go back and check all wiring connections on the machine, then check again before tweaking anything else. Everything looks like it is in the right ball park. Had similar issues where it it was...

Ok not often i post but that motor number reads that it is a nema 34. 280 steps and runs up to 4.5 amps. The 8A is reference to the motor type and not max amps.

I don't have my MM yet but do have a cnc router and mill. I run Linux so use CAMBAM which runs on Windows too, LibreCad and Draftsight which are free.
