I just use a .5 bit for mine and .375 deep the air evens out on my ultra lite mdf spoil board. he air flows so good through it that I had to use strips of 6mm sintra to keep it in each zone.

I like to use the texture pictures that come with autodesk 123d that is a free download. In Aspire and use the create a component from bitmap and import the texture that I like. Very easy to do.

Am I missing something here. I looked at it and it was under $2k wiyh a 3 hp spindle the spindle costs more than that. Even with picking it up it is a great buy

Harbor Freight welder

Has any one used the cheap Harbor Freight flux coated wire welder. If you have is it any good I just need to do some small welds on some light gauge steel and I don't think My stick welder will work...
