Just received the quote for steel, supplier only...

Just received the quote for steel, supplier only sells lengths so there is significant wastage... Cost is for approx $700AUD.

What are other peoples experiences / thoughts with cost and wastage?

Yes i admit that more time needs to be invested studying the plans - and this is the point, which is, alot of research needs to be done before embarking on the build.
