You may need to check the setout of the cross beams - check dwg 10 10 300 as they are not set out symmetrical.
This allows for the gantry to run past to give full access to the cut area:)

Laser kits

Laser kits avalable ex Melbourne - inc stop blocks, universal motor mounts and skate.
Cost is $450 pu.

Funny you should ask - surfacing the spoilboard on Friday and found the x axis motors running hot - too hot to hold on to. Stopped the program half way through and finished on Sat:)

Laser cut parts

I have ordered another batch of laser cut parts - available ex Melb.
Cost is still $410 per set, inc grinding skates.

I was told that you get better economy - up to 25% - from 2400 x 1800 sheets - if you can handle them easily.
That's the only reason I am building that size.
