I have found that the saw dust does help with...

I have found that the saw dust does help with keeping piece from moving but they also help with dulling the bits quicker.
I never heard of Hoop Pine but I see it is grown every where.

I cut this out of three sheets of 1" MDF. Once it is painted and put together, it will hang over the lanes in a private home with a two lane bowling alley. It is 7' 2" x 11' 6.625".
