I suggest to buy instead of 2.2kw 3kw unit. Price is almost same, but you get better spindle with more low rpm torque and bigger bearings.

hmmm i havent atm time to deepening to vfd...

hmmm i havent atm time to deepening to vfd manual, but it sounds like faulty unit. Especially when its screen is showing output, but it really dont have any.

I am using too chinese vfd/spindle...

Did you switched parameters from inverter menu to change command source?
P0.01 from 0 to 1 keyboard to terminal control
P 0.03 from 0 to 1 to control ferquency instead keyboard 0-10v source...
