Recent Work

I cut this out of three sheets of 1" MDF. Once it is painted and put together, it will hang over the lanes in a private home with a two lane bowling alley. It is 7' 2" x 11' 6.625".

More 3D modeling. I cut 8 24" x 24" medallions out of 0.75" MDF. The medallions are for a upscale home in the Orlando area. I used a 0.25" Ball Nose bit and they took a little over an hour to cut....

This week I cut 8 Sheets of 1/8" Acrylic for a total of 404 Space Shuttle parts for a company that makes Space Shuttle replicas to be displayed in museums. The pictures are some of the parts.
