Personally, love Cut2D and Cut3D for cost and usability.
Use them both often.

I use the LAZY CAM engine available as an option...

I use the LAZY CAM engine available as an option with MACH and it has a multipass feature too. The nice part it is it will open a Gcode.tap file and reverse engineer the file, you edit, then play...
