you can start wherever you like...
I started with the electrical and electronics. .. a lot easier than I expected.
Been running for over 2000 hours and i havent had any problems
Have fun

Start with electronics.The weather isn't so good for outside(garage)working.
Start with 'kitchen project' in the warm of your home.
