Mechmate for sale?
 

i was wondering does anyone have or know of a mechmate for sale? Looking for 48 x 96 gantry, In U.S.

Don't know of one for sale, but I am in the middle of my build over here in Hammond. If you decide to build, give me a shout. It would be nice to have someone close by going through it.

There is a 6' x 20' for sale in Port Aransas
United States and also one in South Africa :)

There is a 4 x 8 in Macon MS on ebay. He is surely a user here. I have gotten a couple of responses from him via ebay. Good luck on it.

Monty, you cannot expect people to sell their machines based purely on the cost of materials.

I also suspect you would not do a table with a Columbo spindle for $5K. :)

Am I missing something here. I looked at it and it was under $2k wiyh a 3 hp spindle the spindle costs more than that. Even with picking it up it is a great buy

I tried to modify my post to be much more generous to the seller- but am boxed out due to time contraints on modifying the post. And now my server is down, so I don't know if MetalHead has helped me out there or not.

And: I was using cost information provided by the seller, himself.

I have no real beef with this guy- other than my perception of his attitude/wording in responses to me- and that is NOTHING to worry about. AGAIN: I don't really have a fight here, and therefore am trying to take the sting out of my words here on the forum. I am currently precluded from doing so by forum controls.

Surely MetalHead or Gerald will assist in expunging my post- and this guy can sell his router to whomever he wishes.
