3d routing of EVA foam

Hi,

Looking for any info on routing EVA foam. Is it even possible to get good 3d cuts in this stuff? I have had very little practice cutting it. Having a hard time finding a guru in EVA FOAM 3d routing. Any help or lead would be of great help.

Thanks

Justin

Justin,
Visit http://www.hartlauer-bits.com/ or call him to discuss the right cutting tool for this foam. It's flexible, It's soft...usually requires a decent vac holddown to keep it from moving or cupping up into the tool if your pocketing a large area in the middle.

I don't have a lot of experience, but I have cut it.
