Where can I find a Motor Shaft Coupler for planetary gearbox?

I hope this is the right thread to post. Anyway I am looking for 19mm to 13m (3/4" to 1/2"). So far I cannot find in the SDP/SI website. May be anybody can help direct me to a site that I can order.

I have a planetary gearbox hoping that I can use. May be is too big anyway to use.
