Unfinished Mechmate
 

Folks, I have an unfinished Mechmate (49' x 97' cutting) that I am looking to sell. The table and gantry are completed. Heavy duty build. Electronics included. Gecko drivers (4), BOB, power supply, enclosure, spindle (with driver), steppers w/ belt drives, etc. From memory, I think the only things I don't have are the racks and the steel plate and the strut for the Z axis and the energy chain. If anyone is interested, I will be happy to go through everything and get a detailed list with some pics. Located in south Louisiana.

My job and my wood-turning have kept me away from completing this, and it is just taking up space. Open to any reasonable offers.

Here are some pics of the old gal. Included is snapshot of spreadsheet with original steel order. Hope the pics are large enough. As you can see, it has been an extremely stout catch all table for the past few years! :o I also have enough 4 and 6 conductor wire for the whole table. I believe I got that, the motors, laser cut parts and power supply components, switches, etc from Mike. I think I remember sourcing the BOB, drivers and spindle from someone else. Ask any questions and I'll do my best to answer.

BTW everyone, in going over everything I have here, I realized I am missing one of the v-bearings, and I also never got a mount for the spindle. The bearing should be around here somewhere, and I will look for it.
