Servo gear + motor requirements & sources

It happens I've got servodrivers (24-200V, 1-12A capable to turn DC, BLDC, AC no hall sensors needed) and now looking for suitable gear + motor (and prices :)) combinations. After many days searching web sites with open prices and worldwide delivery not much was found: BLWS233S-36V-4000 NEMA23 36V 100oz*in-peak 15A (actually here) with 1:10 gearbox (backlash <12 arc-minutes) will give some 750 oz*in output. Is it enough 90W motor to move (and accelerate) 75kg gantry to 0,38 m/s (with smallest pinion)? They have another - 180W motor, but at 22A (wired delta) - exceeds the driver's limit. Could wiring it star make it suitable?
Other big question - what maximum backlash may have whole driving mechanism with servo control based on rotary encoder? They have 400W motors with spur gears.
I just wonder if stepper gearmotors for $280 exist then good enough servo + gearbox under $400 also... It's so pity guys from China like to be mailed with inquiry, so lot writing awaits.:( May be somebody already knows the place?

Oleks,

I'm sorry no one has answered your questions but this board is really oriented toward building the Mechmate using stepper motors. Normally, we don't talk about much else. Sorry. If you ask your questions over at CNCZone, someone might be able to help you. Good luck with your machine.
